This journey goes beyond exercise — it’s about understanding how your hormones influence your energy, mood, and mindset, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it. Together, we’ll focus on movement, nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle habits that support your physical and emotional well-being. The goal is to help you build a more intuitive, sustainable relationship with your body — one rooted in self-awareness, balance, and self-trust.
Education
In our 1:1 sessions, we’ll focus on reconnecting you with your body and building healthy, sustainable habits that align with your energy, mindset, and hormones. You’ll gain the tools and understanding to make informed choices about your health—without overwhelm. You’ll also receive access to a growing library of resources to support your journey.
Lifestyle
Cultivate a positive relationship with your body and cycle by learning to listen to your natural rhythms. Together, we’ll build confidence, resilience, and self-trust, helping you see your hormones as guides rather than obstacles.
Exercise
Your workout plan will be designed to fit both your goals and your natural energy rhythms. Together, we’ll find what kind of exercise feels supportive and realistic, whether that’s strength training, yoga, pilates, or simply more mindful movement.
You’ll also have access to a library of exercise videos and drop in live classes will be held weekly
Mindset
Your mental and emotional health plays a vital role in how you feel throughout your cycle. From mood shifts to energy dips, understanding and supporting your mental well-being can help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in tune with yourself.
Nutrtion
Each month, you’ll receive nutrition guidance and recipe ideas that align with your body’s changing needs across your cycle phases.
Rather than strict rules, this approach focuses on nourishing your body, balancing energy, and supporting hormonal health in a way that feels practical, sustainable, and empowering.

In our 1:1 sessions, I’ll support you every step of the way. You’ll receive guidance to adjust routines, navigate challenges, and stay connected to your goals. Ongoing message support is included, so you can reach out anytime for encouragement, clarity, or advice
